Construction Engineer or Architect

Centric Holdings SA, an investment company, operating successfully in Athens, is looking for a Construction Engineer or Architect.
Main Responsibilities of this role will be:
- Ability to challenge and lead a professional team from design through to completion and carry out detailed co-ordination with other consultants
- Provide effective design solutions and proposals for residential and commercial properties
- Implement contracting strategy, as well as cost control
- Construction management/ supervision
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience
- Excellent knowledge of Greek Urban Planning legislation
- Ability to manage and supervise multiple projects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven working experience in the construction industry in the UK, will be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of the English language
